People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that’s what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.
A true soul mate is probably the most important person you’ll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. But to live with a soul mate forever? Nah. Too painful. Soul mates, they come into your life just to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then leave.
A soul mates purpose is to shake you up, tear apart your ego a little bit, show you your obstacles and addictions, break your heart open so new light can get in, make you so desperate and out of control that you have to transform your life, then introduce you to your spiritual master…”

“I have the deepest affection for intellectual conversations. The ability to just sit and talk. About love, about life, about anything, about everything. To sit under the moon with all the time in the world, the full-speed train that is our lives slowing to a crawl. Bound by no obligations, barred by no human limitations. To speak without regret or fear of consequence. To talk for hours and about what’s really important in life.”

So yeah, I just would like to share some photos of our laboratory activity from the past weeks. This is just one among the reasons why I love being a medical technology student because we get to see what others cannot; the tini-tiny molecules that composes the different complexes of the body, of life.

The Hunger Games fever is really trailblazing hot, almost everyone else in school are so preoccupied and excited up to nth level for the upcoming movie next week. Ironic as it seems but I could see that everyone is much awaited for the movie rather than coming final exams, well of course including me heh! :) There was this site where you could register as a citizen of Panem and know to which district you would belong…and here it is, a warehouse manager from District 8, the district of Textiles! Lucky me :D
So….“Are you ready for the 74th Annual Hunger Games?”

Actually it took me almost 3 months to completely finish my previous book Necessary Losses by Judith Viorst because of loaded school works piled up. I don’t when I came across the bookstore and saw this book I just found myself paying it over the counter. Despite of my queued school works, the upcoming end term lecture and laboratory exams, research proposal I didn’t mind of buying it anyway. I only almost have roughly of 2 more weeks to go and its officially summer, that I would have very much ample time to finish this. :)
I wasn’t able to upload the image of the book itself, but anyway the book is by Neil Gaiman entitled Stardust!
